Wet paint

Popped over to the Barbican at lunchtime with Charlotte today - although we didn't stay for too long as a couple of women with no awareness of personal space came and sat right next to us, despite there being plenty of space all around. Had a quick game of circular Pong in the Barbican Centre on the way back to work - it's been installed as part of the 'Hack the Barbican' event that's on there at the moment.

Tim and I were supposed to be going to see Suede at Kenwood House this evening, but we decided against it as Tim is still trying to recover his broken toe. Put a message on Facebook, and ended up selling the tickets to a former colleague who I'd not seen for about 4 years. He cycled over this afternoon to collect them - it was lovely to see him again after so long.

Instead of the concert, Tim and I went out for a really lovely meal at Chapters in Blackheath. It was another of my birthday presents to Tim, so made sense to do that in place of the concert. Really delicious food, and a lovely relaxed evening :) (Also our third meal out as a married couple - and we've only been married 5 days!)
