Arboretum Again

I slept in our proper bed last night, and slept really well. In fact I overslept! It's the Cocodamol I think... My arm felt loads better first thing, but it hurts a little again now, since I've been moving it. My wrist and shoulder have improved a lot, it's just my elbow and upper arm that are not great. I'll give it until Monday and if it's no better by then I'll seek medical attention.

I really don't want to. I've seen more of doctors and hospitals in the last couple of years to last me a lifetime. And they're so stretched and understaffed, I really don't want to add to the burden if, as I suspect, all it needs is time.

After breakfast I had a walk around the park to find a Blip. I like this view from the top of the park looking over to the countryside beyond the city.

Grace will be here this evening. Tomorrow she and some of her old school friends are going to London for a preseason friendly match between Arsenal and Athletico Bilbao. She will come with us to Jeri's on Sunday and drive home from there.

Her room is almost ready. Brian needs to do a super hoover and help me change the bedding, which I can't do with only one fully functional arm!
