Friday Field of Fabulous Flowers

A thank you to those who told me that yesterday's flower was a type of Mallow. I appreciate all your input, and you were of course absolutely spot on.
That's why I think that I felt I SHOULD know: because although slightly different, it does look pretty much like the Mallows that I know of.

Anyway, no such issues identifying today's star flower: this is of course Rudbeckia, one of my favourites. It's just so... yellow.
This bunch was part of a large display of them, which is always great to see.
I did also get a shot of a lonely one on its own, but I decided that the group was a bit cheerier.

Picked up the wrong book from Library today- the final of a series instead of the second book! I am not sure if the second book will be in if I take it back, so I may just have to deal with it and read it. Not the world's biggest problem, but annoying all the same. Especially for the fact that there's nobody to blame other than myself.

I was really looking forward to the second part too! Oh well.
