Two butterflies on the buddleia
Lovely to see more butterflies back on the buddleia bush.
A Painted Lady and a Red Admiral, which looks a bit worse for wear.
Difficult to photograph as it was breezy again today, although warm when the sun was out.
I am just back from going with our grandson to view an allotment which he is hoping to take over next April.
It is getting too much for the gentleman who has it at the moment.
I have a feeling I might be roped in for helping out now and again. Just as long as I don’t have to do any digging!
He has great plans. An apple tree, plum tree and pear tree to start with.
I’m hoping there will be some room for a few raspberry canes!
The plot is 60ft by 15.8 ft including a hut.
Getting quite excited, and not only Rhys!
See extra photo.
