Woodchester

I'm still a day behind. This was yesterday. Another quiet day but with a little visit down the road to Woodchester and an illicit swim in the lake with Hugh. What a beautiful place to swim and the water was the right side of cold. Fresh and tingly but not freezing. 
Hugh had a meeting so we left him and went for lunch in the pub. An afternoon of snoozing and then a quick walk up the hill as the sun was setting before the long drive home. We left so late that the roads were quiet and it wasn't too bad. Home at midnight and Sam out with the first fortnighters, Bryn doing his thing. 
Saturday morning now and starting to think about work on Monday. I could do with another week off.
