Plagued

Can any Blippers help identify this? Its about the size of a pinhead, so tiny. They look like black dots on the bathroom floor. I vacuum them up and more appear. I don't know what they are or where they are coming from. I dont see them coming in - they arrive when my back is turned. Any ideas?
