Some good finds

Eben and Luca were with us just for the morning, while Josh worked on his vegetable business. Ruth is away in Norfolk, helping her elderly aunt with some tree surgery work; the tree surgery team she works with on Mondays have gone with her, doing the work in return for a free long weekend near the N Norfolk seaside. A good arrangement on all sides. Josh and the boys will join her there tonight or tomorrow.
When  E and L arrived we could see that they were ready to bounce off the walls (or each other), full of pent-up energy. Before we had time to fret about where to take them to burn it all off, they had their own suggestion: "Top Jump", an indoor play centre full of enormous inflatable structures. This worked really well. They leapt and bounced and ran around for 60 minutes and felt better. By then it was almost time for lunch and Josh came to meet us back at home.
As we drove to Top Jump, we passed the old Stokes Paint building (main image). I had thought that the lovely ceramic panel over the doorway had gone the way of all things years ago. But no, it's still there. I only had the phone with me this morning, but will be back to take a proper photo tomorrow. Meanwhile it's my image for the Derelict Week challenge, and there's a close-up view in the extras.
There are also a couple of murals nearby, one of which is in the extras. Another good reason to pop back with the camera.
This afternoon I retired to bed for a luxurious two hour nap, having had a very broken night's sleep.
