She followed Saint Francis into a life of prayer and strict poverty, or detachment from worldly possessions. Her sister joined her. They founded the Order of The Poor Clares

I have gradually got on with the Monday housework tasks.

Poor Holly threw up on the top step, so that needed cleaning and then with anti bacterial spray on a dish cloth.

Hunter returned to be fed some breakfast and Jasper had Dentabites and Dreamies.

I did washing and drying. Paul helped by hanging out the bigger items on the clothes line.

I went to Best One for our Daily Mail.

I watched the beautiful Small Tortoiseshell butterflies taking nectar from the Buddleia. There were a good few butterflies in the August warmth.

I watered the pot plants.

Now, I need to catch up on the incoming e mails.
