Le grand depart
My last morning of getting to see Olivia on the couch with the I-pad.
I stayed well out of the way, close by, while the package was done. Not the most organised exercise. On the other hand, I was organised sorting the photos from the last few weeks into a folder for sharing.
It was a knife edge. The last bit (#1 son's) was completed 10 minutes before the taxi arrived. But of they went with assorted bags and cases. As I said, not very organised.
The front room had already been reversed to near normality and I just dumped the washing in the front bedroom. I won't have time to till the weekend to deal with it.
Has a shower, changed and then off to the Waverley for a very busy Queen St train to Linlithgow. While I waited for A and C I sat outside a bar and had a g&t. Turned out they were walking round the Loch with the dog.
Then a very sociable meal in the Four Marys before I caught a much emptier train back. I was home just after 9, just after the family landed in Istanbul. So far.
