Children only…

The girls had a great game going with their Sylvanian families this morning. They needed no help from me/us. It was great to watch and listen from a distance.

We had thought of going somewhere later but it was SO hot. Being in the shelter of the gazebo has been best. This evening J&A went out for dinner so we did bath and bedtime.

A good day.

We’ve just heard that Oliver’s flight home from Japan has been delayed due to finding a fault on the plane after everyone had boarded. He and his friend are now staying overnight in a hotel and will try again tomorrow. Home just in time for A-Level results on Thursday. Grateful for safety concerns for the flight.
