crossing the line

It is 64 years today that the Berlin Wall was built. I keep thinking what a tragedy. It is also a stark reminder that history is not linear. Things might plot along, maybe getting better, maybe worse. But then there are occasionally times when everything changes from one day to the next. We arrange ourselves as best as we can with whatever situation we are faced with. Some don't and too many suffer.
