The Failure

This is the last in a series of four photos of a raftsman I took today at an RNLI Raft Race fundraiser…. He is a failure…Johnny Come Lately…Last In The Race…. One To Be Ignored…. The first photo shows him dejected, embarrassed and desolate…the following three photo show him change from failure to hero as it dawned on him….. he had completed the course… He had helped make it a great day… He had come to raise funds and had done not only that.. He ensured we will be back next year to see selfless people like him……He got the best and most sincere cheer of the day………… I would love to be a failure…..like him……..
