Hot and pot

Loved today. Brother and SIL walked dogs with me first thing and came along to church which was a special morning too. The singing was awesome and emotional. Dot.T had a university friend come along, out of the blue, and that was incredible.

A treat to do lunch back at home. I so love Jamie Oliver’s ‘5 hours braised lamb in white wine and veg and all that’. It’s always scrumptious and fool proof. We did lunch outside although it got hotter and hotter and we needed to head in and cool down by early afternoon.

Dot.T and WelshMan arrived for a chill out. My brother and SIL then left and a short while later, WelshMan’s parents dropped in. They haven’t seen our house before but they know the area really well. Nice to see them and have some supper with them outside too.

Busy day but a really good day.
