Americana

This is the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport, Oregon. We cross it often, and I’ve always wanted to make a photo from the car. The extra is probably more revealing: Highway 101 runs from the Canadian border to Los Angeles on the West coast of the USA, and it cuts through the center of Newport. If you look closely, you will see that the Pawn shop proclaims “Guns and Ammo” in the front window, and on the side window, “We Buy Guns.”
