Chain troubles

Bike ride planned. Set off early and got as far as Beeleigh before issues with the chain.  We turned back towards the bike shop. The chain fell off completely so I had to push it to the High Street.  Fortunately the shop owner managed to fit a new chain and wheel gear mechanism to match for only £35, and within an hour. Time for a lovely walk to Beeleigh Falls and collect the bike in time for a lunch time drink and refreshments at the Queen's Head. We relaxed with a lovely view of the river and Quay. Then we went to see the Brent Tug Art Exhibition. ... some great artwork, especially by the Plume students. 

The day turned out better than expected.
