Walk to Beeleigh

Our decorator gave us a cryptic clue route for a 10k walk. We chose early today to give it a go. A lovely walk from The Muddy Duck, to Beeleigh Falls,  then off to the old station and along the railway track home. We had a drink at the Queen's Head before home for lunch. 

Book and relax in the garden shade before Basin bob with MLaM.  When we arrived the waves were up, so we walked round to the shelter of Xxs Lodge. Feeling marginally guilty for not helping with the house move, we used the steps into the calm water in the bay. Discovering a shelf halfway across we swam a good while ... fab to keep cool on such a hot day. Home for pasta before tomorrow's adventure row.
