This sign on the roadside near a busy intersection close to where I'm staying.  From a distance the 3 big letters are what captures your intention.  At first I thought whaaaat ? 

And then I looked closer.  

The Winnipeg Police Dept have some inventive people in their comms team. 
Why That Fast says the smaller print.
