Resurfacing

Much excitement as our road was resurfaced on Thursday. The heavy vehicles did interrupt my lie-in but all the neighbours enjoyed watching the process, which was incredibly quick and smooth. After a thorough clean, the tanker vehicle spread a wide ribbon of tar and the second spread the chippings. Then it was rolled. All very efficient.
