Insulation

Mr R was showing my neighbour friend round the garage and the progress of the building works. It was lovely to see her. She came for a cuppa and a catch up. 

The wildlings and Mr R went to nana and grandads today and gave me some peace and quiet.  I've felt out of sorts today.  So I appreciated having noone here for a while.
