First walk

I got a good 4 hours sleep last night with the help of a pill. 

Xander was a great help this morning.  He changed my dressing after I had had a shower. It's so neat.  Doesn't look like it will scar at all. 

I have been sore today but I wanted to take my first small walk. My sister and a couple of the kids came with us and it was literally a 5 minute walk. It felt amazing to get out. I haven't walked that much really since May 17th . And I did feel it in my back but I'm starting of small. My twin says I have gotten taller. Probably as I haven't stood straight in a while. 

A couple of my neighbours came round to see me too which was lovely.  

Mr R has been very busy today. Took the biggest and smallest wildling to help with the food shop, and now he's mowing the lawn. 

I'm having a lie down and scrolling through blip. 

I'll supervise the bigger ones in the shower later and Mr R will bath the wee ones.
