Loughborough Pride
Len thought his tennis group would start at 12.30. He returned at 1310 saying that no-one else turned up. I bet they all came at 1330. Anyway, it was a prime opportunity for him to come with Basil and me to Loughborough Pride in Queens Park.
We got there towards the end of the Taylor Swift Tribute Act. People were dancing and continued to dance as a Gay music playlist continued.
There were several stalls. TBH I would have liked to peruse the Rainbow Stall. I could have done with a sun hat and I rather liked the items with Slut and Slag plastered all over them. Reader, I found the shop online and ordered a hat there, but they didn't have the variety that was on the stall today.
Len bought us coffee and ice cream from the café, which thankfully was still open. See extra for Len and Basil. Then we came home.
The flowers in the park are wonderful but beginning to go over.
