Made Good

Having made the decision to step back and/or reduce my commitments to some of the volunteering roles I was so enthusiastic about a few short years ago I can now look at our calendar as I walk into the kitchen and see the majority of the days now with nothing planned.
I get to behave like a real pensioner!

Today was Annie’s for my four weekly pedicure, a coffee on the way home and then some ‘shed’ time. Clearing a space and setting up the anvil for Sam to do some leather work. She is about to make a set of leathers for the gig with the possibility of making a second set for Devoran Gig Club.

On our walk through the cemetery I noticed that although the remains of the fallen Monterey Pine have not been cleared the Commonwealth War Graves Commission have reinstated the headstone.
