* I have backblipped the days we weren't internet connected. *

I woke in the early hours again and went in the garden with the hound.  It was cloudy this morning.  Had intended to take Kyro for a walk but he was sick so thought it best to give him a quiet morning.  Often my greyhounds have been bilious on an empty stomach.  

Put a washing load on the line.  It's a breezy day so likely to dry quickly.

After breakfast took my bicycle out of the shed to fetch shopping.  The shops are no more than a few minutes walk away.  I had a lot to stock up on and the bicycle panniers are much kinder to my back. 

The streets were largely uncrowded in the early morning.  I bought a granary loaf from the bakery, fruit and vegetables from the Saturday market and eco dishwasher tablets from the health food shop before cycling fully loaded up the hill homeward. 

Unpacked a few more boxes.

Made a pasta sauce for dinner.  It has been easy to learn how to use the induction hob. 

Took the hound for a walk along the prom before 5pm.  It was busy with holidaymakers and dogs which Kyro cannot really cope with well.  

My blip is this afternoon's beach.  The red and yellow flags were placed at intervals on the beach signifying swimmers must stay within the flagged lifeguard area.

We had dinner outside but it started to get chilly and the food cold.  We need to get a table set up indoors. 

Our temporary mini broadband device arrived.  Mr found the box on the lawn.  We are now connected until Thursday when we will be formally connected and have to return the mini kit.

Bedtime soon.
