Elvis again, in his usual position!

Unbearably hot and sweaty, that was how today’s changeover went in 39 degrees heat. The cleaners and I were melting by the time we’d finished, and then I went in the pool, and everything felt better!
My eldest son and family then arrived, after being stuck in traffic due to an accident on the A10, and we all went swimming (including Mr F who realised after jumping in, that he’d forgotten to take his hearing aids out) Hopefully by midweek the temperatures will have gone down to the mid 20’s. There’s also a rumour that it’s going to rain, but it’s only a 50% chance apparently!
The hearing aids are spending the night in a bowl of rice, we only have paella rice so hopefully that’s ok. Rice sometimes works for dunked phones, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed!
