Aubergines

We seem to have a glut! The children helped pick them as well as tomatoes today, then they played cricket, did lots of swimming, walked Elvis, and gave him lots of tummy rubs. 
In fact Elvis provides a lot of entertainment throughout the day for the children! He’s still suffering with the heat though, as are we. It had dropped to 37 degrees today, and yet didn’t feel much cooler!
