Escape

Had a bit of a lie in.

Did a lot of work on my business in the morning, in between breaking down every now and again in floods of tears.

I then caught the train to London for another Proms concert. The overwhelming sense of loss was still there with more tears.

The Proms concert was amazing, it was Shostakovich's 5th Symphony by heart, so no music in front of the orchestra. It was absolutely spectacular and they got a rousing standing applause.

I thought an escape might help me, but I can't escape this loss at the moment.

I know I will have to be careful of the big black dog.
