... Local Celebrities!

We had a fun but long day today starting with an early walk at Housenick Memorial Park and ending at a charity softball game ... with lots in between.

I had recently heard about a charity softball game between our local news team and a senior citizen softball team.  It wasn't until later in the evening but we still wanted to attend in the hopes of meeting some of the news anchors we watch daily.  Pictured above are Melanie Falcon and Jim Vaughn.  And I've added into Extras some other shots from the game.  

And if you look closely enough you can even see me reflected in Melanie's sunglasses! 

We had a great time even without staying for the entire double header.  There were two games played between the teams.  Our local news crew won the first game and the Allentown Patriots (made up of senior citizens!) won the second game.  But more importantly lots of money was raised for a good cause ... Alzheimer research.
