Miracle worker

I don't often enthuse about cleaning products. However, this one's a miracle worker. I recently had a domestic mishap resulting in a box full of precision screwdrivers sitting in water unnoticed for a couple of weeks. See top image. This has historically been the point at which I give up in despair and bin the rusty items. However, I was recently introduced to something called Evaporust (one of the watch repair channels that I follow uses it to clean rusty watch components). Thought I'd give it a try, and it works remarkably well (lower image). Highly recommended. A world away from the toxic and corrosive jelly stuff that I used to use (usually unsuccessfully) in the old days.
