As I headed to the office on my final morning in Maputo, the neighbourhood peacock was monitoring proceedings from the roof of this car. It’s often fluttering with its mate behind our office and it causes ever such a fright when it kicks up a fuss by the bathroom window and someone (i.e. me) is in there peacefully taking care of their business.
