By the North Tyne
I decided to go with the advice of my friend, Ray, and increase the amount of exercise. I have a physio appointment tomorrow so I wanted to see if the effusion would return if I walked more.
There is a lovely walk by the River North Tyne, starting in Wark. I did a mile out and a mile back on the riverside path. I prefer this to tarmac.
Apart from the bracken, the yellow loosestrife and Himalayan balsam are taking over. It’s too late to bash the balsam. It looked very pretty….
I enjoyed being in the shade. I met no one today which is unusual.
My blip was taken where there is a small backwater. I used the Spectre app to achieve a hand held 3 second exposure. It’s a brilliant little phone app.
Back at hime, I packed for my short break in Nunthorpe and did some knitting.
The medication is almost all sorted and boxed.
Aggie wonders why I have not told you that she coped with the walk and enjoyed the ice pack and rest in returning home.
Well done Aggie (but I’m very cautious in assuming this was a turning point)!
