Mercian Band at Hyde Park

The Friends of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens have organised a series of bandstand concerts this summer. This was the first, performed by the Mercian Regiment band. 

They were terrific, playing a range from waltzes and overtures through to an Ozzy Osborn tribute and a Stevie Wonder medley.

The next one is in a couple of Sundays starting at 2.30. It's the Orchestre Mambarito. So get down there if you like a little salsa.
