Scenic Route
Before starting a long day at Aber Cafe I met C at our usual spot and we took the Megs on the usual walk. A lovely cool breeze off the hills inland made it the perfect time to be out on what became a hot day again. C took my Meg back to my place and I wound my way on the country roads, up the Dysynni valley to Abergynolwyn, arriving at work at 935am. A passably busy day with trade fairly evenly spread which makes it easier. My two teenage assistants did a great job 'front of house' which helped me keep up with the kitchen work. Someone more senior came to give me an extended break so I could pop home to Meg before the evening session and the Sunset Special which was much appreciated. I was finally home for the night just after 845pm.
The only pic I took all day was on my way up to Aber this morning. Sunshine and an almost cloudless sky above Cader.
