Manchester sunset

A good day. Woke up feeling good and that continued through the day with no fatigue.

In the middle afternoon I set off for a walk from home to the Peak Forest Canal in Hyde, walking along it to Portland Basin in Ashton before turning right onto the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. Reaching the edge of Stalybridge the tow path was exited for half a mile to catch a double decker bus home for tea.

As dusk approached, Eldest asked if I could drive her up to Werneth Low for the sunset. Youngest came along too. It was much more impressive than my phone camera could manage but that's today's blip.
