My Smile

I didn't really want to do this prompt... I'm a little frustrated  not being able to put up my lovely outings in my journal during the August Break prompts. I'm beginning to feel hemmed-in and not free!

On Monday mornings, I have a friend who comes for English conversation lessons - I phoned her last night to see if she felt like joining me on a lakeside escapade instead. Our weather is going to change tomorrow afternoon/evening with rain and maybe storms. So we met down at the station to take the train to a nearby lakeside village!

It was a gorgeous morning and the maximum temperatures of around 29 degrees (instead of 36 with high humidity, feeling like 38!)

So here I'm able to share lakeside shots, plus a smile!  I always smile anyway when I'm surrounded by such breathtaking beauty. We took the steam boat back to Lausanne-Ouchy, of course!

The delicious drink is ginger, with a dash of apple juice, on the rocks!  I think I'm a little addicted to riding on steam boats and this delicious drink!
