Steaming and Filming
H and I walked from Sheringham Park today down to Weybourne Station for a cuppa before returning up the hill. It was cooler than it has been, which suited me fine. We just missed Bretton Grange engine at the station, but this is the National Coal Board engine going under the bridge, it was making so much black smoke it could barely be seen! There was also a camera crew at the station doing some filming. The station volunteers didn't seem to know much about it other than it's for a Channel 4 programme and that today they were meant to be focussing on signalling (but that didn't seem to be what they were filming). We'd nearly finished our cuppa when G and A arrived, they'd walked over Kelling Heath to get to the station - two lovely walks. I've added two extras, one of the haybales in the field by the station in mono, and the other of the film crew taking a break. This afternoon I did a couple of hours of gardening, cutting back mainly.
