Head In The Clouds

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We had our annual family fringe outing to Jason Byrne tonight.

Earlier in the week, The Youngest Mini Princess was mocking that we go to see the same comedian every year.

I reminded her that IT WAS THE ONLY SHOW TEENAGE YMP WOULD AGREE TO GO TO!

He was as funny as always and we always sit far enough back to eliminate the risk of being selected to go onto the stage which would probably result in me having a breakdown!

The Prince and I went to meet Kitty Cat and Marsh who were out with a group of friends in George Square. The Eldest Mini Princess was meeting Terry there too and had a drink with us while he was on his way up there.

They had been out since the afternoon and were all fairly smashed and on great form. Abi kept telling EMP that she is Mini Me and also that she loves The Prince. And me. And anyone else who came to mind.

Terry arrived in time to hear Abi reminiscing about an ex-boyfriend from her teenage years when she was in her ‘bad boy phase’.

“He was just out of prison. He did admit to hitting that policeman but he didn’t break his legs and THAT’S what he ended up being in for.”

I was p1ssing myself. Mainly at Terry and EMP’s faces.

Which got even funnier when Abi rated her ex’s sexual prowess!

They wisely extracted themselves from the middle aged insanity after finishing their drinks.
