Most of today was spent clearing out some large items from the garage and garden and then driving them to the dump. It took longer than I wanted it to and they were heavy things to lift into the skips there, but I managed.
When I came back I decided to make a couple of Ottolenghi dishes, including these flatbreads, which use three different types of garlic - roasted, ordinary and black. The dough was relatively straightforward but the whole process took about two to three hours, so not a quick meal. It was very delicious though.
