One of Three
…sea eagles, patrolling over Solbjerg Engsø (literally: sun hill meadows lake), near Helsinge, north Sjælland, Denmark.
On the lake, thousands of geese are residing, filling the air with their chatter, its volume depending on how near the big bird is coming.
A detour to the harbour of Gilleleje to buy groceries and fish-and-chips. The second extra shows the memorial stone with the inscription:
“The fishermen’ landing place until 1872. With commitment and sacrifice this harbour was built up, we should remember our ancestors thankfully. 1927.”
