East Head

Cycled to M&R’s this morning and ended up spending much of the day there. I got twitchy to see the sea so then walked down the bank and checked out the dune slacks for orchids but they had long since gone over. Lots of hemp agrimony out though (extra). Then wild dip in a fast ebbing tide.
Called on C on my way back to the campsite.
