Tomatoes..!!

What do you do when tomatoes are underwhelming and flavourless..!!??
Roast them of course….!
These are a mixture of some of my own….( fairly disappointing this year) and some plum ones that I bought..not good at all…
As you can see …they don’t look that attractive out of the oven but oh my…the flavour is incredible…!

Extra is just a new project …another Pom Pom blanket…chatting with a friend last night she told me that her son and wife are having a baby come January..so time to get a few bits done…!
