False parasol

In our absence, our front grass has been growing some huge mushrooms, which Google tells me are False Parasol. So for Roger, this morning was spent cutting the grass, while I was unpacking and doing laundry, as well as going through my photos form our trip, preparing some ready to catch up on backblips. It was a very hot humid day, so in the afternoon we went to the “Y” for a swim in the outdoor pool. After our swim, we sat and read for a while, until an approaching storm closed the pool. On the way home, we stopped at the library for me to pick up a book for next months Book Club, and then to the supermarket. We had a phone call with Laura when we got home, then after dinner, I started sorting out some photos for a Powerpoint presentation of her life and Liam’s life to be shown during the reception at their wedding.
