Medical specialists often place themselves in Penrith, about 1 1/4 to 2 hours away depending on the highway traffic. And if you have to go to one of these innumerable  ....ologists, a big consolation is this cafe in Derby Street. Today I pretended that we were really going there for lunch - but would just 'pop in' to my neurologist, sort of like an after-thought. It worked.
