Flaming Council!!!!!

I had a great night's sleep .... all night - in bed - without waking at all.

My early appoint with the Nurse Practitioner went well too .... no blockages in my internal workings and no medication required.

There was a phone call from the new customer services manager at the kitchen company who was not aware of yesterdays visit but is going to ensure the remaining two issues are seen to ASAP. I wont hold my breath.

We went for a walk in the afternoon while there was plenty blue on show.
I took a picture of the unknown flowers which are now hanging over the path and getting in the way .... and then came across my main picture!.
This is the wildflower area which the Council made a big thing of when they planted it up a couple of years ago. When we passed it at the weekend it was glorious -- with loads of flowers still to open.
Today .... all gone. They have even removed virtually all of the cuttings - which is more than they do anywhere else.
Why? ..... Why do they leave the trees & bushes uncut so the buses and lorries 'trim' them, refuse to clear the footpaths leading to schools, shops, medical services etc but cut down flowers in parks that they put in to increase the biodiversity?
They are 'Not Fit For Purpose', that's for sure.

I made some 'Wee Dishes' ..... all different profiles but all near enough the same size (around 2 1/2" -- 6.5cm diameter).
