San Marco Basilica .

Today we visited San Marco Basilica. It's absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship and beauty are amazing.  
We then walked through the streets of Venice, explored the nooks and cranny's, had a lovely lunch, shopped then got a boat and travelled back through the city.
Grand Canal was equally stunning. I throughly enjoyed the boat trip. 
We ended the day in Lido and had a lovely meal. Excellent,  excellent day filled with wonderful memories.
