Overhead

It's been breezy today needed a cardigan.  The sea was churning this morning.  Beautiful sound.  The gulls were drifting on the thermals over the fishing boat area.

Trundled the trolley down the hill after breakfast.  My aim is to try to stock the freezer.  Unfortunately part of Sainsbury's freezer compartment was empty.  Another day.  

Purchased some items from All Natural Co.  It's a small space with a lot of merchandise . I commented to the shopkeepers that it was a cornucopia.  They seemed to like that.  

The journey uphill with a full shopping trolley seemed easier today.  

More unpacking.  Finally married the salt mill with the pepper one.  They were close together before but somehow got separated.  

Would like to make an apple crumble but my baking dishes have yet to make an appearance.

More books on the shelves and lightbulbs in the lampstands have made the living room cosy.

Apparently our first visitors arrive at the beginning of next week.  They are staying at the youth hostel.  We're not yet ready for overnight visitors.  Not sure we're really ready for any visitors yet.  

They're the second friends well past youth to frequent a youth hostel.

Tomorrow our broadband gets properly connected.  We have to return the temporary kit BT/EE provided.
