My Temperature is rising
I'm giving up Anti-inflamatories.
for Unfishy Supplements.
Apparently, for this is the science, The benefits we derive from Fish Oils, is itself derived from algae which the fish eat.
These pills are made from the algae. I've not taken an anti-inflamatory for 6 days now. 4 days for pain killers, and I'm still walking.
I'll probably read this in 4 weeks, and I'll look at these, and i won't be able to remember what they are (although they do say some of the benefits, include improved recall.).
The Blue one is magnesium. Tooli and I think that might be easing our sleep, We are both very tired, and sleep well. The golden ones are .... thinks hard (obviously not kicked in ) Omega 3. Which is the Bone one.
The paler one... is one I got for Tooli is d3. They all purport to do the same thing. Make you feel better. Lets put it this way, I'm not feeling worse.
And tonight, was Chinese takeout night, which means only one thing...
Tomorrow is a farewell again. Chinese when she arrives, Chinese before she leaves.
We are all Chinesed out.
I'm tired, and a bit sad, but full of non-Fishy Multivitamins.
