Nothing had to be done

Nothing had to be done, so I spent some hours sending emails to see if we can get more people to interview for our research project.

I took care of a little something with Unemployment and it was nothing, such a relief. I needed to call them and tell them I got severance and the nice woman REMEMBERED ME from a PHONE call on August 7 and it was fine. (I bet she doesn’t talk to that many friendly happy people.)

On August 16th a Ukrainian unit reported that Russia lost a lot of mines that had been stored out in the open. Big boom. They said a single drone struck over 300 TM-62 anti-tank mines.

On Aug 7 the Ukraine reported that they destroyed a bridge the Russian military was using as a logistics route. The bridge was strapped with TM-62 mines. Ukraine destroyed the bridge by setting off the mines. Why did Russia mine its own bridge? They may have been worried that Ukraine would break through in the region and try to use it themselves and they wanted to be able to destroy it if that happened.

Ukraine had done the same thing on a different bridge on August 3.
