That’s the first time I’ve seen a fox up on the top of the bird bath. I hope he enjoyed his drink, because I happen to know that the birds had left a present in it …!

As I hadn’t heard back from the repair company regarding my washing machine, I rang them this morning. I explained that I’d logged a repair with the manufacturer yesterday but hadn’t received the call back to book an engineer appointment from the repair company as promised. The response I was hoping for was, "Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. Let me see what I can do for you."

Unfortunately the response I received was, "Post Code?"

This from a company whose website says they are "passionate about customer service".
