Notes: Slept till just after 7a (surprising). Got up and moving and headed over to the guys pickleball at 8a (my view heading to the courts) - bit of fog and humidity but decent temps and was another day of good play, just over 2 hrs! Back for shower and coffee and then jumped on Zoom for the last day of the AI seminar 11a-5p. A lot of the 11a-330p was working on our own, I created some ideas for combining pickleball, mindfulness, healthy living and connection - was pretty interesting. Quiet evening, watched Jeopardy w/ Eve and then in my room and to bed early again.
