Notes: Woke ~630a, slow and quiet getting up and moving. Did some stretches and dressed for pickleball tho had a little trepidation to see if/who might be playing ... that was all unfounded however. I went over at 8a again and was quickly welcomed and invited to play. The crowd was older (3 of them 80+) and much less skilled - was fun tho! We only played an hour and was fairly cool and cloudy so would've loved to go more. Rita Vaquita is spending more time out around me and letting me pet her! I guess she doesn't ever let anyone pet her except the owner so feeling very blessed!  Headed back, took a shower and made coffee and then ~1030a, cooked some ground beef I'd thawed and added it to the container of beef & veggies that was already cooked - and added part of my cod livers and some of the oil! Made a big bowl and one more meal so that was great! Started back on the AI seminar at 11a then and we went thru-out the day, with some breaks and exercises. We finished and then did an exercise on our own - I was done ~445p. Quiet night around the house, was down in the living room w/ Eve and cats for a bit and then in my room.
